Koeleria macrantha, known as June Grass, is a cool season, clump-forming, tufted, perennial bunch grass. It is a 6" to 24" tall, spring flowering, native perennial, growing in full sun to part shade and in dry to medium soil moisture sites. June Grass provides high quality livestock forage in early to late spring.
