Mix 281 - Buffer Monarch Mix

The Buffer Monarch Mix was designed specially to benifts the newly listed monarch butterfly.  This highly diverse mix was designed for outside the solar panels with no hight restrictions to maximize diversity .  Milkweeds were increased in the mix which are the host plants for the monarchs catlipillars and several highly preferred nector source plants were added to provide good refueling stops along their journey. This mix will score very high on a state's solar scorecards.  For utility scale solar with several hundred or thousands of acres utilize this mix for budgeting purposes but call or email us for a custom blend that better suits your site and species availability.  Planting Rate: 8.71 - 10.89 lbs. per acre
