To fax us an order, please print and complete an order form. Fax the printed form to 270-531-3036. If you need assistance filling out the form or selecting products, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
BY MAIL
To order by mail, please first print and complete an order form. Once you have selected your seeds, mail the completed form to: Roundstone Native Seed, LLC, 9764 Raider Hollow Rd, Upton, KY 42784.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You may also pay by check, money order, or PayPal at the time of order.
We offer open account billing with approved credit—please call to request a credit application. Open accounts may also be available for Farm Bill Program customers. Contact us for more information.
Order Minimum
If a product size is not listed, that size is not currently available. Products may come in various quantities, but not all sizes will be offered at all times. There is a $5.00 minimum line item cost for pulling and processing an order. Multiple item sizes may be shown at this minimum price to help customers save on shipping by ordering only the amount they need.
For a contract order of Live Seedling Plugs, the minimum custom order is 2,000 plugs per species. For in-stock plugs, a minimum of 1 tray per species is required.

Please note: Custom orders placed during peak season may require 5–10 business days to process.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS, U.S. Postal Service, or Common Carrier, depending on the most cost-effective option for you—unless you request otherwise. For large orders, Roundstone Native Seed may provide direct delivery.
Freight charges are calculated at the time of order entry or checkout and are prepaid and added to your invoice.
Please note: UPS and Common Carrier shipments require a street address and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
Orders received before noon will be shipped the same day whenever possible. Unless special arrangements are made, orders received after noon will be shipped the following morning or as soon as possible.
Credit cards are processed, and invoices are sent after all seed is packaged and ready for shipment.

When you place an order with Roundstone, your order progresses through the following steps:

Order Entry & Review
Your order is entered into our system and carefully reviewed—line by line—by at least two staff members. -
Seed Compatibility Check
Seed rates and species are double-checked to ensure they are appropriate for the region where the seed will be planted and are compatible with your project goals. -
Seed Lot Selection
We select each seed lot from our warehouse based on current seed test results, regional suitability, and the desired Pure Live Seed (PLS) rate. -
Mix Preparation
For custom mixes, the order is processed according to your specific instructions and project requirements. -
Packaging & Shipping
Once complete, your order is packaged and shipped via UPS, USPS, or Common Carrier, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective method.
Warranty
Our seed products are guaranteed to match the description provided on the seed tag. Liability is limited to the refund or replacement of the product.
All orders are subject to Acts of God and crop failures, which may impact availability.
