Redtop Panicgrass is a 2' to 4' tall native warm season bunch grass. This wetland grass requires moist to wet soils and grows best in full sun sites. It is most often found growing around marshes, swamps, ponds, ditches, wet fields and, floodplain woods. This plant is easy to establish and will perform well in water garden situations and is widely used in wetland restoration and conservation planting seed mixes.
